"Day of" Coordination
I will be present on your big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. You and your groom, family, and friends will enjoy this joyous day without having to worry about the behind the scenes details that go into running the event. I will be there to keep everything on schedule and handle any issue that may arise. I will work as a liaison between you and all vendors (including venue coordinators) to ensure that all details are taken care of. I will create a schedule and guide you through the entire day minute by minute from the time you are getting ready; to the time the two of you have your last dance. I make sure no detail is overlooked.

With this plan I am there in the beginning or middle and again in the end. Instead of spending valuable time searching through countless websites and books for information and calling on countless vendors, I will evaluate your needs, style and budget and recommend vendors that are reputable and a good fit for you. I then jump back in towards the end to confirm all of your plans, like where, when and times and to make sure the vendors are prepared. I will be present on your big day so you can enjoy all that you have put together.
Full Wedding Coordination
